Cohabitation Agreements

At the start of an affair or relationship people find it easy to be generous and to share all that they have.  Unfortunately if the relationship gets into difficulties or breaks down it is more difficult for people to agree.  Straight married people in this situation can turn to the matrimonial courts to help them sort out their problems.  Gay people have to sort things out themselves.  Why not think about having an agreement at the start of a relationship about what would happen to the house and its contents, the car, savings etc. if things don’t work out later on?  Isn’t it bad enough dealing with the heartbreak without having to argue about material things as well?  Why not talk to Rainbow Law about a Cohabitation Agreement while things are going well?
